The time has come. The Class of 2016 is preparing to close the door and say goodbye to a chapter in their lives that they will never forget. Friendships have been formed...Life lessons have been learned. Graduation is just around the corner and parents as well as the teens themselves are filled with a mix of emotions.

To parents, it seems like only yesterday, you were bringing home these bundles of joy and were trying to adapt and adjust to life with a baby. Where did the time go? Every day of your lives has been spent loving, teaching and guiding your children and preparing them for the world in which they live. There have been good times and hard times.

The time has come....and as much as you have prepared your children, nothing quite prepares us as parents for this time in our own lives.

To the Class of 2016....

Hold on to your morals, your values and your integrity.

Remember that you never know what battles others are facing.

Remember to treat others the way you want to be treated.

Remember that you ALWAYS have a choice.

Take responsibility for the choices you make.

Be a leader. Be a friend. Show kindness, love and understanding.

Give back.

Remember the ones who helped you become the person that you are.

Your future is bright. You are an amazing group of teens and we thank you for the allowing us to get to know each of you.

As you prepare to graduate, there is an amazing future awaiting you that is filled with excitement and boundless opportunity. You have done all you can to prepare for the new road ahead. We are proud of you and can't wait to see what your future holds!
